These terms apply when you use FirstSaaS, a service run by Fortin Studio, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France (“we”). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them.

1. What FirstSaaS does

FirstSaaS helps you pick a SaaS idea, gives you prompts to paste into AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, a day-by-day plan, short marketing videos and an AI expert. You build and run your product yourself. We don’t write code on your accounts and we don’t connect to your tools.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and make the payment.

3. Plans and payment

• 1 month: $18.99, renewed every month.
• 3 months: $29.99, renewed every 3 months.
• 12 months: $69.99, renewed every year.

Prices include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your plan renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. If a price changes, we tell you by email before your next renewal.

The 1-month plan includes the 30-day plan and 6 generated videos; each month you renew opens the next month of the plan. The 3-month plan includes the 90-day plan, 30 videos, the AI expert (up to 20 questions a day) and the steps for every task. The 12-month plan includes 90 videos, everything in 3 months, a new plan each month after day 90 and a check-in email every week. You can change plan from your account: a bigger plan starts at once and you pay the difference, prorated; a smaller one starts at your next renewal. At checkout you can add a pack of 45 videos for $24.99, paid once and usable until your plan ends.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. AI-generated content

Ideas, prompts, plans, videos and expert answers are partly generated by AI. They can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them, especially anything legal, financial or technical.

Revenue figures, projections and scenarios are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your work, your market and many things we don’t control.

6. Your product, your responsibility

You are responsible for what you build and sell: following the law (consumer rights, privacy, texting and email rules, taxes), the terms of the tools you use, and how you treat your own customers.

7. What’s yours

The prompts, plans, scripts and videos generated for you are yours to use, change and publish, including commercially. The FirstSaaS platform, brand and templates remain ours.

8. Fair use

• Don’t share your account or resell access to FirstSaaS.
• Don’t use FirstSaaS to build anything illegal, deceptive or harmful.
• Don’t try to break, scrape or overload the service.

If you break these rules, we can suspend or close your account.

9. Other services

Claude Code, Codex, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, TikTok and the other tools mentioned in FirstSaaS are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep FirstSaaS available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email before it applies. These terms are governed by French law. Questions: contact@firstsaas.ai.
